Barton Springs Saloon got a WLW remodel for the night — a lively South Austin dive, some heavy-handed pours, and a sapphic crowd building community.

Golden hour, good company, and The Aristocrat's back patio — our queer crowd found plenty to love at this laid-back Burnet Road favorite.

East Austin & East 6th
The bars, patios, and coffee shops that have hosted us on the east side: Marlow, The Flower Shop, Cosmic Saltillo, and Revenge Bar.
North Austin
From North Loop up to Burnet Road and Windsor Park: Barfly's, The Grand, The Aristocrat Lounge — which we loved enough to visit twice — and Busty's.
Downtown & West 6th
Parlor & Yard on West 6th, plus Coppertank Pool Hall, Bar Moxy, and Punch Bowl Social downtown.
South Austin
Our most-visited stretch of town. Warehouse Billiard Bar three times over (second, third), Barton Springs Saloon twice, plus Slick Willie's and Pins Mechanical Co.
