Lesbian & Sapphic Events in Austin

Sapphic Weekly ATX is Austin’s weekly social for lesbians, sapphics, and queer women. We meet every Wednesday or Thursday at a different LGBTQ+ friendly spot- usually free!

A Weekly Lesbian & Queer Women’s Social Club in AUSTIN

Sapphic Weekly ATX is a lesbian & sapphic social club built for Austin’s WLW and queer women’s community. Each week we pick a new queer-friendly bar - a low-key, recurring way to make lesbian and queer friends in Austin. Come find your people!

How Our Weekly Sapphic Hangouts work

  • Finding each week’s spot: We announce every hangout on our website and Instagram (@sapphicweeklyatx) - check either one to see where we’re meeting next.

  • Cost: Most weeks are free with no cover. Occasionally we will promote a special ticketed event instead - usually to support other queer organizations putting on great things for our community!

  • Showing up: No RSVP, no signup - just come. Drinks, games, or whatever the venue’s got going: show up alone or with friends and you’re in.

Recent Lesbian & sapphic Events in Austin

Our sapphic community has taken over some of Austin’s dopest LGBTQ+ friendly spots - dive bars on the East Side, billiards halls north and south, breweries, cocktail lounges- always with the same goal: a consistent, safe environment for the beautiful people of our community to socialize.

An Open Invite to Every Sapphic, Lesbian, and any Queer Individual in Austin

Sapphic Weekly ATX is for the whole spectrum: lesbians, bisexual, pansexual women, queer and questioning women, nonbinary sapphics, trans women, and any single individual who is seeking a safe space in our community.

Going to a queer event alone can feel intimidating - which is exactly why we exist. Our regulars make a point of welcoming new faces so that your first sapphic meetup in Austin feels like your fifth.
